The whole process was easier than I could’ve imagined. Very professional from the beginning. Jake was amazing. He answered all of our questions and we trusted him to pick out the shingles based on the color of our home.

My roof had lost some tiles due to storm damage, from day one they gave me through the process of working with my insurance company to get the claim covered. Communication was always fast, accurate, professional.

He always let me know ahead of time exactly what to expect with insurance, the adjuster, the tear off, the new roof, dumpster, everything. He’s a stand up guy and a man of his word. The new roof looks absolutely amazing and I am 100% happy with everything that J&J did.

Jake was on his way home and stopped in and knocked on my door , he proceeded to tell me I had discontinued shingles on my house . Jake informed me that if I had sustained storm damage with discontinued shingles I could potentially get my roof replaced for minimal

The crew arrived promptly at 7 am. They were all very polite and hardworking. Lily managed the job and did a great job explaining everything to us and made sure the crew was doing everything right. Would definitely recommend them for roof and gutters! We are so happy with the results!!!!
